A Learning & Development Coordinator to join the Learning & Development Team under People + Culture! The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful, detail-oriented team player looking to help continue building and implementing a scalable and efficient Learning & Development structure. This person will be responsible for overseeing our L&D administration. This role will provide you with the unique opportunity to work with an experienced Learning & Development team, as well as cross-departmental partners on a regular basis. More importantly, you will do so in a fun and creative environment where everyoneās voice is heard.

What youāll doā¦
- Provide administrative support, coordinate and track all L&D sponsored training programs
- Administer and operate the Learning Management System platform for items including but not limited to:
- Maintaining and updating user records
- Assign courses to employees
- Monitor course completion
- Track and provide reminders/past due notices
- Runs reports requested by departments and individuals
- Troubleshooting platform/user issues
- Communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels of the business
- Support the updating of learning materials; including working closely with subject matter experts
- Coordinate and organize logistics and support for all synchronous/live L&D programs (internal and vendor led), including logistics, attendee rosters, invites and post-event communications, and reporting
- Pull and consolidate various data sources to build custom reports that highlight the impact of L&D programs
- Prepare training communications (zoom invites, training guidelines, etc.)
- Provide support to the Senior Program Manager and the broader L&D team on ad hoc projects
What youāll bringā¦
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1+ years of experience working with a Learning and Development, Human Resources, or Training team
- Proven track record of flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly growing and changing environment
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Strong organization skills and superior attention to detail
- Must be self-directed, able to work independently, and can manage timelines effectively
- Preferred experience in a start-up
- Preferred experience in hospitality, travel or real estate industry
- Expertise with Google enterprise products (gmail, calendar, docs, sheets)
- Demonstrated high comfort level in the use of technology and quickly learn new software
- Preferred knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Knowledge Management Systems
- Passion for company culture and the employee experience
