ayan Group, the leading Saudi property developer in the Middle East, had a successful showing at the recently concluded World Luxury Expo in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia owing to the loyalty of their customers. Throughout the exhibition, there was immense interest, inquiries, and sales at the Cayan stand which was frequented by visitors and celebrities on all three days for which Cayan Group is thankful.

During the exhibition, Cayan featured their property developments in both Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. The star of the featured developments was the 1M sqm Samaya, located in Erga – Riyadh which recorded impressive sales. As well, the CMC Tower, in Riyadh which went on sale for the first time has received enormous interest by corporate companies for having strategic offices location on King Fahad Road; and the iconic Cayan Cantara, first project operated by Rotana for sale, located in Dubai also recorded magnificent sales.
“Our stand at the exhibition was very-well received by the visitors at the exhibition. We are thrilled to have achieved an amazing record of sales during the expo where our loyal customers availed our guaranteed 8% annual returns which Cayan Cantara offers, as well, the high interest shown in the CMC project which went on sale for the first time. We also maximized our participation by networking with like-minded ultra-luxurious brands on possible future joint ventures and walked away with some potential leads that could materialize. All in all, it was a very successful participation for us,’’ commented Ahmed Alhatti, Chairman of Cayan Group.
Further, at the event, Cayan Group organized a charity run at their stand in collaboration with “Patients’ Friends” charitable association. The charity activity featured a board inviting visitors to mark their signature on, and against every signature received, a monetary amount was contributed through Cayan Foundation. Cayan was very honored by the visit of HRH Prince Turki Bin Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud who supported this initiative by placing his respected signature on the board the moment he arrived at Cayan’s stand. Additionally, Captain Sami Aljaber supported this initiative and emphasized this noble cause by visiting the stand too and placing his signature on the board.
The World Luxury Expo is an excellent platform for the exclusive gathering of the world’s ultra-luxury brands offering unprecedented opportunities for these brands to showcase their products and services to an elite audience.
