ollowing to the decision of the higher authorities to reinstate the title deeds of the AlJawhara project, located in the Al-Raed district in the city of Riyadh, the owners and major shareholders of the project extend their thanks and gratitude to the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his faithful Crown Prince – may God protect them –
The Board of Directors also met in this regard, and on his behalf and on behalf of the members, Mr. Ali Al Shoman, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Digital Oasis Company, said that “we have great confidence in the wise leadership and their support for the restoration of truth. This indicates the great support for the private sector from His Highness, the Crown Prince, may God protect him, at all levels. The Board would also like to thank all shareholders for their confidence and continuous support for the development of this extraordinary project, which will be a remarkable addition to the city of Riyadh and provide many job opportunities in line with the goals of quality of life and the “2030” vision”.
Mr. Ahmed Alhatti, Chairman of Cayan Group – the master developer of the project – expressed, “We extend our gratitude and appreciation to the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, for their constant support to the private sector and developing the investment environment in the Kingdom. AlJawhara project encompasses an area of 1.5 million square meters and is located in Al-Raed district, on AlOrouba Road at its intersection with Prince Turki AlAwwal Road, and it has obtained an exceptional permit from the Royal Commission for the Development of Riyadh.
