Cayan Group as the master developer of the project, Al-Ojaimi Contracting as the main contractor; Mulkia Investment to manage the investment fund for the project and Hossam Abdul Karim Office (HAK) the Engineering Consultant for the project , Cracknell as a Global Engineering consultant and many other companies specialized in their respective fields.
