rabian Centers announces its cooperation with Cayan Group as the main developer of its latest projects “Joury Project” located in AlJazirah District in AlQassim, where Joury is the first project of its kind for the company which occupies an area of over 1.5 million square meters with a total value of up to 750,000 Saudi riyals. The project also includes a mall, the latest commercial project developed by Arabian Centers Company.

“Joury project” will be developed to be an integrated community, that will include all facilities and services to provide a lifestyle like no other, in addition to the best and advanced infrastructure services which will make Joury a unique project. The project contains a garden in the middle of the project with an area of 148,400 square meters with jogging and bike lanes as well as outdoor gym equipment, in addition to the distinctive landscape that will be located in all the areas of the project and at its main entrances.

“Joury project” is adjacent to “U Walk Mall Qassim”, Arabian Center’s newest and biggest commercial project in the city, that is currently being developed on a total land area of 400,000 sqm where construction work on the mall has started and is expected to open in 2023.  “U Walk Qassim” will offer a unique modern design that will blend indoor and outdoor spaces overlooking water features. Almost 50% of the gross leasable area (GLA) will be dedicated to various entertainment facilities such as cinemas, restaurants, high-end cafés, in addition to the retail area.
